  • Digital marketplace (iMart) with escrow protection
  • Investment and earning programs

  • Social media task completion services
  • Referral and token-based reward systems

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

KYC Requirements

To comply with regulatory requirements, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawing funds. This includes providing valid identification documents and proof of address.

4. Financial Services and Transactions

Wallet Services

  • Your SkyMove wallet is not a bank account
  • Funds in your wallet are held in trust for your benefit
  • We reserve the right to freeze accounts suspected of fraudulent activity
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply

Investment Programs

  • Investment programs involve financial risk
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You should only invest what you can afford to lose
  • Returns are not guaranteed and may vary

Token System

  • Tokens are earned through platform usage and have no monetary value outside SkyMove
  • Tokens determine bidding power in investment cycles
  • Token balances may be adjusted for system maintenance or abuse prevention

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
  • Attempting to manipulate the bidding or pairing systems
  • Using automated systems or bots
  • Sharing account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to hack our systems

6. Fees and Charges

SkyMove may charge fees for certain services:

  • Transaction Fees: May apply to certain payment services
  • Withdrawal Fees: May apply to fund withdrawals
  • Marketplace Fees: Commission on iMart transactions
  • Authorship Fees: Monthly fees for participation in investment cycles

All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party payment processors and service providers. We are not responsible for their actions or service interruptions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Internal Resolution

We encourage users to first contact our customer support team to resolve any disputes or concerns.

Marketplace Disputes

For iMart transactions, we provide a dispute resolution process to help resolve conflicts between buyers and sellers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.

11. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. We will provide notice when possible.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
